This talk will present a general overview of the XSPAN project, with a focus on anatomy ontologies and their semantics. The talk will be a rehearsal for a short Bioinformatics conference talk (15-20min) but with more time devoted to the formal elements of the work as they relate to RDFS/OWL etc.
