Flexible Protocols as an Implementation of Dialogue Games

Jarred McGinnis

Dialogue games are a method for creating more robust inter-agent conversations. The implementation of dialogue-game-based agent systems depend on numerous assumptions for the individual agents. It is my hope that by implementing dialogue games in the interaction protocol, developed by David Robertson and Chris Walton, that some assumptions can be relaxed allowing for a more practical implementation of a dialogue game based agent.
