Although the Semantic Web is supposed to grow through evolution from the current Web it is (in my view) implausible that evolution will occur without catalysts. One simple form of catalyst is a domain-specific package that makes it easy for some target user group to get started. There might be many such starter kits. In this discussion I will describe one possible kit and explain how to build it from components we have to hand.
