The MAP and LCC languages, designed by myself and Dave respectively,
have had a big impact on research done locally within the SSP group,
and also to some extent in the wider multi-agent community. In
this
farewell talk I will summarise how and why these languages were
originally developed, what we have done with them over the last five
years, and where they may be headed in the near future.
