Open Source Software
Chris Walton
In this talk I will be discussing Open Source Software (OSS). OSS is an umbrella
term applied to the software development process associated with certain
free software projects, e.g. Linux, Apache, etc. In my talk I will attempt
to define the OSS approach, and outline the advantages and disadvantages
of this approach over conventional closed-source development methodology.
