Abstract:
How should robotics incorporate biological insight? Can
robotics contribute anything to biological study? These
are just two questions that arise naturally when the
interaction of biology and robotics is considered. I
shall discuss the nature of the design space for robots,
and indicate some of the possible synergies I see between
the two disciplines.
